     4: Shipping and billing addresses
  
  If I am out of the studio when you call, please leave your name,
  phone number or e-mail address, best time to reach you, 
  and the item number(s).This will insure that you receive the
  next available piece. I will contact you with your total which
  includes shipping (and sales tax in Washington State.)
